curious if the wool felt was enough for winter? What happened to your roof that it had to be replaced? I am building a yurt so this info would help me greatly. Peace Lisa

Sorry that I didn’t get back to you sooner. I haven’t been online in a long time. The wool felt was enough – we stayed warm – but we couldn’t leave for more than 4 hours at a time when it was colder than -15 celsius. We stoked our fire often. We didn’t have any protection from wind, which made heating a challenge. If you have trees around you to block at least some wind, I imagine it would be remarkably better. What is your climate like?
